Terms of Service

1. Parties

This agreement is between Clypra Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“you”, “your”).

2. Services

We provide digital, technology, and content services as set out in a written proposal, order form, or statement of work.

3. Delivery & Timelines

Work is delivered in accordance with the agreed scope and timeline. Requests outside scope may be subject to additional fees and revised timelines. Urgent requests may attract a premium fee.

4. Revisions

Revisions are provided according to the selected plan. Each plan includes at least one (1) round of revisions.

5. Client Obligations

You agree to provide timely information, approvals, and access required to deliver the services.

6. Fees & Payment

Fees are billed monthly and payable via the agreed payment method. Late payments may result in paused services.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment. Our pre-existing tools, methods, and frameworks remain our intellectual property. We may display work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Fees are payable for work completed up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
